Liberty

Market and garment's finishing research at Liberty. Saw a jacket there, I can preference the finishing and design of the jacket with my designs. In the same day, I have bought some plain cotton and dye, will do some experiment on it later.

Hat making

Recently I went to take a 2 days course on hat making, and it was fun! It has totally built up my interest in this millinery making. Hong Kong does not have this hat culture, especially cocktail hats. It will be great if I can sell hats in Hong Kong, but that will take a very long time for people to accept it.

A notebook

A notebook I have been jotting down work placement's contacts and interesting notes i wrote down while I am on my way. There is a lot of information i can find from there.

Royal Opera House

Royal Opera House provided a large range of work placement, from costume to stage management , accessories and lighting. Problem is they normally required a stage design related degree, but i would still apply to try.

Fashion Retail Academy

The plan I have for this summer is to take some short courses and work placements. Thinking about to take a fashion buying course or maybe also some other courses in the Fashion Retail Academy.

Topshop

Plan before going back to Hong Kong. Applying work placement again! I have got some contacts from my friends. I am very interested in fashion buying and want to learn more about it through a placement. The contact I have got is for buying in Tophop. I have applied for Browns last year, but I did not take their offer, do not if it is good to apply again?
